There are plenty of pre-packaged Paleo snacks and ready-to-eat Paleo meals out there to throw your money at, but why do that when you can make it yourself. At Paleo Powder headquarters, we’re all about (what we like to call) the PALEO UNPACKAGED lifestyle because:

In the spirit of PALEO UNPACKAGED healthy eating, this is the first post in a series where we share with you the ingredients, recipes and gadgets we personally use that make our PALEO UNPACKAGED lifestyle totally easy and damn delicious.
ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS:
Without exception, these are food items we always have stocked in our PALEO UNPACKAGED kitchen and ensure we are always able to cook up a healthy feast at a moment's notice (and we purchase nearly all of them at our regular old, nothin' fancy grocery store)…
- Coconut oil
- Olive oil
- Ghee
- Honey
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Arrowroot four
- Dairy-free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
- Spinach
- Eggs
- Almond butter
- Nuts (typically pecans and walnuts)
- Bananas
- Dried pitted dates
- Cashew milk
- Full fat coconut milk
- Cinnamon
- Paleo Powder Seasonings (You didn’t think we would leave that out, did you? But seriously, this is the whole reason we created Paleo Powder – having a go-to, all-purpose seasoning makes meal prep so simple without sacrificing any flavor and having to suffer eating boring meals.)
