The Ingredients

• 2 pork chops
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup Paleo Powder Herbed Salt Free Seasoned Coating Mix

The Process

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees; line baking sheet with foil
2. Whisk egg in a shallow bowl; place coating mix in a second shallow bowl
3. Dip pork chop in egg wash then immediately into coating mix; place pork chops on baking sheet
4. Bake for 20 minutes - ENJOY!
